The event runs from Friday, April 22 through Sunday, April 24 and ESL has a lot going on for both show attendees and via livestream. Here's a guide to keep you informed.

ESL ARENA

The centerpiece of all the esports action at PAX East will be the ESL Arena, sponsored by Plantronics and Skype. We'll be presenting a major esports event each day of the show where you can watch top ESL Pro League players battle it out for prestige and prizes across three different titles.

  • GEARS OF WAR PRO LEAGUE SEASON 2 FINALS

The Gears of War Pro League Season 2 Finals will take place on Saturday, April 23 starting at 11:00AM EST as the top four teams fight for the championship title and a share of the US$60,000 prize pool. During the matches, viewers will also get a sneak peek at the Gears of War 4 competitive game mode, which is set to change the future of Gears of War esports!
  • HALO CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES INVITATIONAL
Sunday, April 24 starting at 11:30AM EST

The first qualifier for the newly announced Halo Pro League is happening at PAX East! The HCS Pro League Invitational will be broadcast live starting at 11:30AM EST on Sunday, April 24 as Evil Geniuses, OpTic Gaming, Team EnVyUs and Enigma 6 battle it out. Team Allegiance disbanded after the Halo World Championship, and the four squadmates are now each occupying a roster spot on these four teams. But only one of them will come away with the second official HCS Pro League spot!

ANYKEY

Friday, April 22 at 12PM EST
AnyKey, an advocacy organization supported by ESL and Intel, will be holding a panel at PAX East in the Albatross Theater on Friday, April 22 at 12PM EST. The panel will be livestreamed and will cover practical advice for creating positive gaming communities for everyone. Join the conversation as researchers and industry experts discuss tips on how to create inclusive esports environments!

THE ESL STORE

While you can catch everything via livestream, if you’re going to be attending PAX East in person, be sure to stop by the ESL Store where you can pick up gear to support your favorite games, players, and ESL! The Store will feature special discounted pricing on the Plantronics RIG 500 line of headsets, including the new RIG 500E, which was specifically designed for esports.

We will also have a top of the line Cyberton PC Gallium gaming system on display at the ESL Store that you can check out. Cybertron PC powers all of our North American PC tournaments and events. Look for them on-stream!
