Announcing the broadcast team for the WCS Season 3 finals!

The WCS Season finals will be kicking off in Poland is under a week and the excitement is already building. With the group stage to take place at the ESL studios in Katowice from September the 8th to the 10th and the Quarter, Semi and Grand Finals to play out at the historic Stara Zajezdnia in Kraków on September the 12th and 13th, there’s a lot of StarCraft II action to look forward to.

Broadcast team

Bringing you the group stage from the ESL studios in Katowice will be none other than:

  • Panel Host: Shaun “Apollo” Clark
  • Panel Guest: Geoff “Incontrol” Robinson
  • Commentator: James “Kaelaris” Carrol
  • Commentator: Yoan “ToD” Merlo
  • Commentator: Kevin “Rotterdam” Van der Kooi
  • Commentator: Nathan “Nathanias” Fabrikant
  • Commentator: Jared “PiG” Krensel

Additionally, the main event in Kraków, where the quarter, semi and grand finals will play out at the Stara Zajezdnia, will be brought to you by:

  • Stage Host: William “Chobra” Cho
  • Commentator: Nick “Tasteless” Plott
  • Commentator: Dan “Artosis” Stemkoski

Alex “Funka” Verrier will also be reprising his role as observer throughout the competition.

Schedule

The schedule for next week’s WCS Season 3 finals will be as follows:

  • Tuesday, September 8th, 18:00 CEST: Group A (matches one, two and winners match) and Group B (matches one, two and the winners match)
  • Wednesday, September 9th, 18:00 CEST: Group C (matches one, two and winners match) and Group D (matches one, two and the winners match)
  • Thursday, September 10th, 16:00 CEST: Groups A, B, C and D (losers and deciding matches)
  • Saturday, September 12th, 15:00 CEST: Quarterfinals
  • Sunday, September 13th, 15:00 CEST: Semifinals and grand finals
