With over 12 years of history and more than €2,800,000 of awarded prize money, the ESL Pro Series is one of eSports' longest standing institutions. Part of ESL’s Pro universe, it is the highest level of national competition and crowns country-specific champions for a variety of games. Countries with active Pro Series competitions include Germany, France, Spain, USAPoland, Italy and Russia.

This weekend saw the League of Legends finals of the Russian ESL Pro Series take place in the Moscow Cyber Stadium, with several hundred viewers filling it to capacity. On the line were €20,000 with four teams battling it out for the prize money. These included former home of what is now Gambit Gaming Team Empire as well as other top Russian teams such as RoX.KIS, Team Dragon and Hard Random. Here are the brackets.

After an action-packed day, the eventual final saw RoX.KIS squaring off against Team Dragon, who had managed to overcome them in the ESL Pro Series Russia Season One Finals earlier this year. This time around, however, it was RoX.KIS who came out on top, securing the €10,000 first prize in a convincing 3-0 fashion.
  1. RoX.KIS - €10,000
  2. Team Dragon - €5,000
  3. Hard Random - €3,000
  4. Team Empire - €2,000
