About Vainglory:

Launched in late 2014, Vainglory is an iOS MOBA that does not only know how to keep players interested but also constantly gains new players. The 3on3 MOBA, created by former developers at RIOT Games and Blizzard Entertainment, is set to combine elements players love about their favorite MOBAs with a fluid and fast mobile engine, the E.V.I.L. engine of Super Evil Megacorp, giving you precise controls as well as 60 FPS on the go!

Jens Hilgers, Founder and Chairman of ESL, about Vainglory:
“Vainglory will be the first purely mobile MOBA tournament in ESL history, and we can’t wait to see the matches starting next week, streamed live from our studio in Cologne. We are strong believers in the future esports on touch devices, and we have chosen Vainglory as the first mobile MOBA as it delivers AAA quality, greatly balanced competitive gameplay, best in class touch controls, and last but not least, is developed by a rockstar team with esports in their DNA.”

Kristian Segerstrale, COO and Executive Director at Super Evil Megacorp, on the Cup Series:
“We’re at the very beginning of esports on touch screens and we’re excited to begin what will be a long journey. As the world’s largest esports company, ESL is a natural partner for us. Our community has been asking for more support for competitive play from us and we’re excited that some of our biggest German streamers will be involved together with ESL in delivering our first official esports event.”

Our very own Jason Kaplan will be joined by well-known Vainglory streamers, DonJon and bluberryz, to bring you all the action from the Vainglory Cup Series. This means you can either try your best in this challenge or lean back and see how the other teams do.
